Residential & Commercial Excavation
Aardvark Excavating has some of the best excavating equipment you will see used by any company here in New England.
We firmly believe that the right tool for the right job is a motto for success. In 2015 we just added our newest and largest machine to our fleet, a Caterpillar 329 excavator with lifting capabilities of 42,000 lbs. Aardvark has a variety of excavators and smaller machines to fit any size job. We have invested in the best accessories for all these machines, including trench buckets, tilt buckets, dig buckets, and brush grapples to save time and increase the quality of our work. To compliment the big diggers we have the most powerful Caterpillar skid steer made, and two dump trucks. Leave the small details to our mature and experienced crew, who can perfect grades and levels with hand tools.
We really are an excavation company capable of doing any variety of excavating job given to us. Small-scale jobs include driveway repair or masonry projects around the home. Bigger residential projects include foundation excavation or septic installation. Our large machines will easily remove an old septic tank for a failed system. Other work that we have lots of experience with is demolition of existing buildings. Every year we tear down old barns, trailers, camps, or houses and remove the debris leaving a clean and graded surface behind. We are happy to engage in projects including complete property renovation packages, tree removal, land clearing, pond construction, stone installs, landscape grading, drainage, and driveway construction.
As excavating contractors we are also proud of our commercial and previous government projects. Aardvark Excavating has a niche specialty developing and constructing cell phone tower sites. We have done installs on the top of Bolton peak and deep into wooded lots. There is no place that we won’t go for customers. Other large jobs we are skilled at completing are riverbank restorations and bridges. Aardvark has conducted disaster relief for FEMA during the Colorado floods of 2013, and the aftermath of 2011 Hurricane Irene here in Vermont. In the past we have taken our machines and trucks to Gloucester, MA to help with crippling snow build-ups midwinter.
Our portfolio speaks for itself, and customer references are available for all aspects of our services. We are happy to offer free estimates for any potential project. Owner Bill Hayes will offer expert analysis and advice to save you time and money.
